Interim Financial Reports

Financial reports covering less than one year; usually based on one- or three- or six-month periods. Interim reports are published by management as the needs of the company change and as the need for financial data arises. For instance, if a company wants to make a huge acquisition or meger, it will produce interm financial reports to see where it stands and make decisions based on the report & financial health of the company.
